Babyskin is a one woman show about Charlotte, a trans girl/woman walking thorough girlhood, finding joy and pain while healing from a sexual assault. It is set up as a performance art piece in an art gallery where Charlotte is the exhibition crafted by Jake Jones. She tells us about her life, her friends, her hobbies, her hopes and dreams. As the show goes on you realise she doesn’t know she is on display and she slowly figures out what is happening. The man that sexually assaulted her has created an exhibit about her and trapped her in it. The show is the journey of her claiming her story and using it to expose what Jake Jones did to her and is doing to her.
